Endless Summer Series
WC will be hosting the Endless Summer Point Series starting Friday July 10th and Ending September 4th. This will be an 8 week Trophy and Cash Series with 4 counting towards your final points. There will be a 1 week break in the middle of the series as we are hosting a charity race at West Coast Raceway August 7th & 8th.
We at WC know that there are many great races going on this summer and we would like to make sure you have the chance to race at all of them without being excluded from the Endless Summer Series. For this series, we will start racing at 6pm Saturday night with the track open for practice at 10am. The entry fee will be twenty dollars for the first class and fifteen for the second class with five dollars going into the overall pot and distributed as following: 1st 20%, 2nd 15%, 3rd 12.5%, 4th 10%, 5th 7.5%, 6th 7.5%, 7th 5%, 8th 5%, 9th 5%, 10th 5% of the overall pot. 7.5% of the pot will go towards trophies and BBQ’s we will be hosting during this series. The points will go as followed: 1st 100, 2nd 99, 3rd 98, and so on. Top Qualifier will be give one extra point if he or she is the Top Qualifier and win their main event otherwise they will not be given any additional points if finishing second or lower.
All classes will be give trophies from 1-10th similar to The Short Course Race Trophies. As some of you might know, those trophies were sick. You must race a minimum of 4 races to count in points series. If there is a tie for points, the tie breaker will be your first throw out. If there is a tie after that, we will look at your second throw out.
